Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used diaper products are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
